Thanks to Claudette Rutty, our Food Service Director, and her incredibly talented staff our residents enjoyed a delicious Italian meal on the patio last month. Claudette showed us all how to make grilled paninis on her new panini maker. The residents had a choice of roasted turkey with swiss cheese or pastrami with swiss cheese. The fixin’s on top were, grilled onions and peppers. She also served a side salad, juicy watermelon and scrumptious macaroons. Oh, and who could forget Claudette’s freshly brewed iced tea!! It was an incredible afternoon, filled with yummy food, knowledge, laughter and smiles. Stayed tuned for her next Watermark University class coming up this November.
